Processing Time and Shipping Rates
  • With our standard delivery service, orders are processed within 3 – 5 business
    days and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders usually arrive within 4-7
    business days to most locations (see below for rules and exceptions).
  • Please note that deliveries can on rare occasions be delayed due to weather and
    other circumstances beyond our control. While we and our transportation partners
    will make every effort to deliver your order on the chosen date, delivery date
    selections cannot be 100% guaranteed.
Warm Weather Shipping Policies
  • Nate’s Candy Jar requires special handling of chocolate items, homemade treats and taffy during the months of May through September, or any time of the year when the weather is too warm at your location. To assure that your order arrives without melting, shipments during May through September may require overnight delivery shipping charges.
  • This warm weather shipping policy may also be necessary for chocolate shipments during other times of the year when the weather is warm at the order destination point. In this case, 2nd Day or Overnight delivery charges may apply and will be added to your order.
  • We cannot be responsible for melted product. Plan to be home to receive your delivery to safeguard your purchase. Keep your package in a cool place. Check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if something about your order is incorrect. Your questions about returns should be directed to Alyssa@natescandyjar.com
  • Nate’s Candy Jar will contact you should your shipping rate change before applying it to your order and credit card.
No: P.O., APO and FPO Boxes
  • In order to make sure your order is in its best possible condition, we MUST have a physical street address in which your order can be sent.
  • We will not ship to any P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Standard Delivery
  • Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of when the order was placed pending credit card authorization and verification. We ship on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and most orders will arrive within 4-7 business days, after shipment.
  • Shipping Rates are calculated during the checkout process, based on total order value and delivery location.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Remote Rural Deliveries
  • Please add 3 additional days for Standard Delivery.
  • Express deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrive within 4-7 business days after the ship date.
  • For Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, add $15 to Standard Standard Shipping Rates For The Contiguous United States

Return Policy

No refunds will be given. In the event of warm weather, cold packs will be automatically
added to the shipment.
